Founded in 2013, J3M2S, Inc. specializes in reentry training, consulting, and workforce development for correctional systems and justice-involved populations. We deliver in-person, evidence-based programs grounded in participative evaluations at the time of delivery philosophy emphasizing normalization, human dignity, and relational security and the U.S. Getting It Right curriculum. It focuses on behavioral change and successful community reintegration. Our mission is to reduce recidivism by equipping individuals with life skills, emotional regulation, financial literacy, career readiness, and family restoration tools essential for lasting success post-release.
